This pancake day we made a delicious batch of beer pancakes using some of our Willy Hop. YUM!
You can follow the recipe to make your own...
1) Ingredients: 8oz plain flour, 2oz sugar, 3/4 teaspoon baking powder, good pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons butter (melted), 1 egg (beaten), 230ml beer.
2) Stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Then pour in the melted butter, egg and beer-stir with a whisk until blended.
Heat a pan with some vegetable oil and pour in 1/4 of the mixture-cook and get FLIPPIN'!
3) Sprinkle on sugar and a good squeeze of lemon. Or serve up with lashings of maple syrup.
4) Eat! x
